Lance Swenson

An incredible professor who is very educated in his profession. However, he does lack office hours availability and feedback. I consider his class to be a challenge; however, I think you SHOULD have a bit of a challenge in your classes. Overall, he is incredible and truly cares about the work he does!

Great professor! I would definitely take another class with him, he is very funny and cares about his students' learning. His tests are easy, all multiple choice and he often gives extra credit.

Very good professor, I wish there were more graded assignments

Dr. Swenson is one of the most caring teachers I have ever had. I struggled a bit with this course but Dr Swenson provided countless opportunities to show growth and improvement through extra credit assignments and asking for feedback following most quizzes. His lectures were incredibly interesting and I really hope to take a course with him again.

Absolutely love Dr. Swenson! The coolest professor ever & an even better human. Cares deeply about his students & gives great feedback on assignments. He will help you as much as he can & is not a tough grader at all. He wants his students to succeed & that's evident. If you can take his class do it, you'll love it.

One of the absolute best professors I ever had! Always was very understanding about extenuating circumstances and takes the time to make sure his students are actually learning. Super funny as well!
