He is one of the most enthusiastic and caring professors at Suffolk. He truly loves what he does and is so encouraging to students. He never judges you for not understanding a concept and allows students to enter late. I learned a lot in this course as well. There are 3 quizes, 2 essays, and a final. Quiz questions are shared beforehand as well.
One of my favorite professors at Suffolk. Aside from the philosophical theories, he genuinely teaches you how to built a strong argument and critically think. We learned about philosophers and their theories but the main focus of the classes was dissecting their arguments to see how strong they were, theories that countered others and "why".
I found the material very difficult, but Link is so helpful both with his lectures and his feedback. He is also very forgiving with grading and attendance although he still pushes you to learn
Professor Link is highly inspired by the subject and teach me how to think like a philosopher.
Professor Link is funny, and so so intelligent, which makes him easy to follow. He is very clear when he explains concepts and his classes are genuinely fun to be in. You have to keep up with chapter reading assignments but he doesn't call people out if he suspects you didn't do the reading. Do them and you will get more out of the class
literally the easiest class I have taken in my life. the man doesnt care if you show up 40 minutes late, as long as you show up and sign the attendance sheet. 2 papers, a midterm, and a final. easy A. link is very eccentric, and entertaining to listen to. if you get the chance to experience class with this man, take it
